Manage the reservation of the luggage locker rental service, including data verification, contract formalization, service collection, and sending of the access code and reservation receipt.
Respond to queries, requests and claims received through the contact form or email.
Comply with legal obligations applicable to the provider.
Manage possible situations of abandonment or late removal of objects, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the service.
3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The legal basis for data processing is the execution of a contract (the reservation and provision of the locker rental service), as well as the compliance with legal obligations. Commercial communications or the sending of information about similar services would be based on the User's express consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

To formalize the reservation, the User must provide the following personal data, which must be accurate and up to date:

Phone number (optional, for notifications)
Payment details (managed through the corresponding payment gateway; the provider does not store sensitive bank card data)
