Acceptance

Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use is a necessary condition to use the luggage locker rental service. By accepting them, you confirm that you have read these terms and expressly and voluntarily accept each and every provision set forth herein, committing to comply with them.

LOCKERS MASPALOMAS BEACH reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time; however, the User will only be bound by the terms and conditions in force at the time the reservation was made.

The provider reserves the right of admission to the facilities when circumstances so require.

Service Features

The service consists of the temporary rental of one or more luggage lockers, managed directly by the User through a personal access code. Reservations are made exclusively through the official website:

The User may access their locker as many times as desired during the contracted period.

Service Conditions

General Aspects

  • The User agrees to use the lockers appropriately and lawfully, in accordance with current legislation, morality, public order, and these terms.
  • The User acknowledges that the rental and use of the lockers is carried out under their sole responsibility, and LOCKERS MASPALOMAS BEACH is not responsible for the use made of them.
  • Providing truthful personal data is mandatory to complete the reservation. False information may result in the cancellation of the booking.
  • LOCKERS MASPALOMAS BEACH may suspend or cancel access to the service in case of breach of these conditions.

Reservation Process

  • Access to the service requires completing the reservation form available on the website:

  • The data provided must be accurate and up to date.
  • After payment, the User will receive an email with the access code and reservation confirmation.
  • The User is responsible for verifying in advance that their luggage fits within the dimensions of the selected locker. No refunds will be issued if the luggage exceeds the permitted dimensions.
  • In case of an authorized refund, bank fees plus €5.00 in administrative costs will be deducted.

Limitations of Use

  • Lockers may only be used for the temporary storage of luggage and personal belongings.
  • It is prohibited to store hazardous, flammable, toxic, illegal substances or anything that may cause damage.
  • The User will be responsible for any damage caused by improper use.
  • The User must keep their communication devices operational during the reservation period.
  • LOCKERS MASPALOMAS BEACH may inspect the contents for security reasons.
  • Continuous availability of lockers is not guaranteed.

Failure to Remove or Late Removal of Stored Items

  • If the User does not empty the locker at the end of the contracted period, LOCKERS MASPALOMAS BEACH may remove its contents.
  • After 30 days without contact, items will be considered abandoned and may be destroyed.
  • If the User claims their belongings before 30 days, they must cover handling costs, transport, a €30 penalty fee, and the daily locker rate.

This service does not constitute a deposit or custody contract. The User assumes full responsibility for the stored items.

LOCKERS MASPALOMAS BEACH shall not be liable for:

  • Theft, loss, damage, or misplacement.
  • Incidents resulting from misuse of the service.
  • Technical failures, connection interruptions, or maintenance issues.
  • Force majeure events or causes beyond the provider’s control.

Force Majeure

LOCKERS MASPALOMAS BEACH shall not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations when this results from force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, acts of terrorism, pandemics, sabotage, or legal restrictions.

Termination of Reservation and Access to Facilities

The provider may immediately terminate access to the service in the event of a breach by the User. It is also authorized to remove and destroy abandoned items as outlined in these terms.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by current Spanish law, including specific regulations applicable in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands.

For any disputes arising from the use of the service or interpretation of these terms, both parties expressly submit to the Courts of San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Las Palmas), waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
